Wellness, not medicine
Nourish gives general nutrition, activity and wellness guidance generated partly by AI. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a doctor or dietitian. Do not use it to manage a medical condition, pregnancy, an eating disorder, or medication without professional supervision. If you feel unwell, seek medical help.
Accuracy
Calorie and nutrient values — especially those estimated from text descriptions or photos — are approximations. Treat them as a guide, not a measurement.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the details you enter, since your targets are calculated from them. You must be 16 or older.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or use the AI coach to obtain instructions that could harm you or anyone else.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from decisions you make based on the app's guidance.
